MaastrichtProperties is a property-for-sale aggregator. We do not list or sell properties ourselves and do not handle deposits, contracts, or any agreement between you and a seller or agent.

Subscription billing: €7.89 per month after a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: under Dutch consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that you waive by starting to use the paid service. After that, refunds are at our discretion.

We aggregate publicly available listings and make a best effort to flag suspicious entries, but cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always verify listings with the agency directly before signing any agreement.
