Where do listings come from?
We continuously aggregate publicly listed for-sale Maastricht and Limburg properties for sale from dozens of agency sites and platforms, including the Belgian border (Lanaken, Riemst, Visé). Every listing links back to the original on the agency’s own site.
How fast are alerts?
Most listings reach our database within 60 seconds of going live. Alerts fire immediately if your saved search matches.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You sign up with email and password, get a 3-day trial with full access, and only enter card details if you want to keep going.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. No questions asked.
Is this a scam?
No. We do not list or sell properties ourselves and we do not handle viewings, deposits or contracts. We aggregate links from public agency sites and notify you when matching listings appear. You contact the agency directly through their original site.
How is this different from the big real-estate portals?
Most large real-estate portals only show listings from agencies that pay them, so each covers part of the market. We bring the whole Maastricht sale market into one feed so you do not have to check eight sites every morning. Browsing is free; the paid tier adds instant alerts, saved searches, and scam-risk analysis.
Which areas do you cover?
Maastricht (all neighborhoods: Centrum, Wyck, Heugem, Randwyck, Sint Pieter, Heer and the rest) plus listings just across the Belgian border (Lanaken, Riemst, Vroenhoven, Visé) for students and workers willing to commute. We do not currently cover other cities.
Why is some information behind a subscription?
Browsing and basic filters stay free forever because data is data, and you could find most of it on the original agency sites. Subscribers get the things that genuinely save time: instant alerts (often the difference between viewing the place and finding out it is gone), 30-minute advance access to newly posted listings, our scam-risk analysis, and unlimited saved searches.
What happens after my 3-day trial ends?
If you do not subscribe, you keep a free account and can keep browsing all listings (with the 30-minute delay and the other limits). You just lose access to instant alerts, saved searches, and scam-risk indicators. No card was charged.
Do you offer student discounts or group plans?
Not yet, but get in touch via support@maastrichtproperties.nl if you represent a student association or housing office. We are happy to discuss partnerships.
Is my data safe? Do you sell it?
No, we never sell or share personal data. We store only what we need to run the service: your email, optional name, saved searches, alert history, and subscription status. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; email by Resend. You can request a copy or full deletion at any time from your account page.
